Below is a summary of our engine packages, with pricing.
 
Full-Mod G23 engine/pipe package - $775.  This includes:
  • New Zenoah G230PUM engine
  • Full engine modifications (combination of CNC port machining, and hand-grinding)
  • M&D designs ZeroDrag crank seals
  • New-style Zenoah 1mm single-ring replacement piston/ring
  • Big-bore Walbro WT-257 carburetor
  • M&D designs High-Performance steel Tuned Pipe, with Integral Muffler
  • Engine comes broken in, with dyno graph showing HP/Torque vs. RPM
  • M&D designs User/Instruction Guide and sticker
  • M&D designs big-bore carb setup bulletin
  • Shipping/insurance (domestic only, via UPS ground)
Adjustments to the package price summarized above are as follows:
  • No tuned pipe, subtract $125
  • If you don’t want the big-bore carb, subtract $25
  • If you want both the stock 167 carb, and the big-bore carb, add $15
  • If you provide the stock G23 (new, never-run), subtract $180

    • For International shipments, or delivery requested via other means than standard UPS ground, there will be an extra charge.
 
Mid-Mod G23 engine/pipe package - $539.  This includes:
  • New Zenoah G230PUM engine
  • Modifications to the cylinder (CNC machining of base and exhaust port only)
  • M&D designs ZeroDrag crank seals
  • New-style Zenoah 1mm single-ring replacement piston/ring
  • Big-bore Walbro carburetor
  • M&D designs High-Performance steel Tuned Pipe, with Integral Muffler
  • Engine comes broken in, Ready-to-Run

  • No tuned pipe, subtract $125
For International shipments, or delivery requested via other means than standard UPS ground, there will be an extra charge.


 
Stock G23 engine (either the G23PUM, or the new G23RC) - $220.  Please contact us for information on Dealer pricing and terms.

Quickdraw 25 cc engine/pipe package - $968.  This includes:
  • QD25 kit $429
  • New Stock G23 engine $220
  • M&D designs ZeroDrag Seals $40
  • Walbro big-bore WT-257 carb $40
  • M&D Tuned Pipe $169
  • Assembly and Dyno Testing $70
  • Shipping/Insurance - Free (Domestic, UPS Ground only)

  • No tuned pipe, subtract $125

To order, confirm by e-mail and we'll start working on the engine.  We need a bank check or money order prior to shipment however. As each engine is built to order, lead-time is 6-8 weeks, and could be even longer, depending on our backlog.
