Thursday, May 31st, 1860: Ensor Sizzles! Smokes Red Caps for 5 Hits!
Steven Ensor really sizzled at the dish today. In a game played at Ballpark of Parsippany, the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township third baseman blistered the White Plains Red Caps for 5 hits in 6 at-bats to pace his club to a 13-4 victory.

"Ensor was too tough to get out today," the Red Caps manager said in his post-match interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good hurls, too."

S. Ensor singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off G. Chidester in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.

Year to date in 13 matches Ensor has compiled a .305 average with 18 hits in 59 at-bats, 1 four basers, no walks, and a .300 OBP. He has also tallyed 10 times and knocked in 10 runs.
