The ballists are already relaxing, taking advantage of this opportunity to heal some of the aches and pains from the long season. Meanwhile, general managers and team staff take stock of their teams and plot roster moves. Scouts are busier than ever, hoping to find that hidden gem that will boost their own fortunes as well as their team's.
