This system comes from the junkyard.  A customer calls up and asks if a part is available.  The guy says, "Hell, I don know!"  The coversation should never have started because this was the same guy that answered the phone with a hurrow and a burp.  The idiot customer asks if they have been computerized.  Of course they have and they did it by the duberical system.  When they get a new powerpack for the C64 they might find it.
