"I've been blessed with six children, 25-35, and five grandchildren. My spirituality is deeply rooted in my being a Mom and a "nana." This is my nineteenth year in parish ministry. On many levels, it's a blessing. One of my favorite ministries here is the ministry to the sick and shut-ins. Worship, Bereavement, Women's Spirituality, Parish School of Religion and Evangelization are some of the other areas of my responsibility. In addition to my work here, I am a freelance presenter and Retreat Director. My plan is to stay here until retirement. I love this faith community!"

Michael
Schreiner - Campus Minister
"Love in practice is a harsh and dreadful thing compared to love in dreams." Dostoyevsky - favorite quote of Dorothy Day.
I have enjoyed working with the students of the Catholic student community at UC. Journeying with young people as they make the transition from their teen years to young adults and struggle with the questions of faith are moments of real grace. They have been great teachers. I concentrate a lot of my ministry on educating students on peace and justice issues, Catholic Social teaching and scripture.
I have a Master of Divinity degree from Weston Jesuit School of Theology.
