Econfina Creek is perhaps the most beautiful stream we've ever paddled. It reminded me of a pristine Michigan trout stream, with its swift shallow current and golden sand bottom. But the palm trees and most of all the unreal blues of the lovely springs took it to another dimension entirely. We were easily able to take in four of these beauties in an afternoon.
