Site: Campbell County Middle School (8000 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001)
Time: Coach’s meeting at 9:15 with events beginning at 9:30
Cost: $70 per team, (B, C, etc. teams additional $25) (Boys and Girls teams constitute two separate teams).

Entry fees due before or on 4.19.2008 or a late charge of $25.00 per team will be charged.
Entry Deadline: Mon. April 14th. At 8:00. Send entries to Dave Clark at jedimasteremeritus@yahoo.com
Divisions: There will be only one division.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 (additional teams do not count for scoring, but those athletes will receive awards)
Awards: 1st place finisher in each event receives a trophy and t-shirt, medals to the next 5 finishers. Team trophies to the top 3 teams overall. All awards will be given out after each event on the in field.
Scholarship give away: Each coach should submit at the beginning of the meet a list of all known college bound senior athletes participating in the meet. Two names(1 male/1 female) will be drawn before the conclusion of the meet and those individuals will each win a $250.00 scholarship toward tuition at the college of choice in Donnie’s honor. Campbell County seniors are not eligible.
Reminders:
1. All of the proceeds from this meet will go directly to the Donnie Carnes Memorial Scholarship Fund that provides scholarships to Campbell County Track and CC participants.
2. Free bottled water will be passed out to all athletes after their events.
3. Only those athletes dressed in full uniform will be permitted to enter without admission costs.
4. Only the coaches listed at the gate will be allowed to enter without paying the gate cost.
5. All coaches will be given a meal ticket for a meal, snack and drink
6. T-shirts will be sold at the concession stand.
7. We will have an open mile at 9:00 in which everyone is eligible to participate in.
Running Events: Regular order of events. All heats are final.
Field Events Schedule: All field events will be finals with only 3 attempts. There will be no set time for any event except for the first round beginning at 9:30. All other rounds will be on a rolling schedule. We will begin the pole vault height for the girls at 5'0" and at 7'0" for the boys. We will begin the high jump height at 4'0" for the girls and at 5'0" for the boys.
