Our Mission

Our club is open to all Republicans between the ages of eighteen and forty who live, work, or attend school in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our mission is to advance a conservative platform by bringing together young Republicans in the greater Cincinnati area for fellowship and debate; by educating, from a conservative standpoint, the general public, the media, and our members about the most important issues of the day; by teaching our members about the American political system and the Republican Party structure so that they can become effective, activist citizens; and by mobilizing the community to elect conservatives.

Most importantly, we seek to influence the Republican Party on the local, county, state and federal levels in order to return the party to its conservative roots and to build upon the conservative legacy of Ronald Reagan.

The Blue Chip Young Republicans are firmly committed to the defense of the Constitution of the United States of America and the preservation of Judeo-Christian values within our community and throughout our country.

We pledge to do all of these things while maintaining a sense of humor. We are funny and irreverent. We believe in rugged individualism, God, the family, happy hour, the right to smoke in public, strong defense, the right to bear arms, a sound monetary policy, and an ownership society. We are against meddlesome bureaucrats, America-haters (both foreign and domestic), spineless diplomats, whining hippie liberals (with or without ponytails), humanists, leftists, socialists, communists, wacko environmentalists, animal rights activists, and other fools, knaves, or hypocrites anywhere in public life.
