This is the thing which is probably supposed to be in the broken off area. At least this is my guess, because there are 13 other identical things like this on the board, all exactly the same. Fortunately for me, they all are on solder pads, which should make the things easy to replace. Frankly, I wouldn't care if the attachment lug went all the way through, but these do not, I looked at the back of the board. They appear to be on surface mount lugs.
If I can find another board with these things on it, I'll scavenge them. But the only boards I have are working with these parts. I'm hoping that you can suggest some replacement part which will work in the broken off parts place, or at least tell me what these are. I have provided various shots of the board to help assist you in determining what these are and what they do. You might note that they are in the vicinity of the bus speed adjustment, which also controls the voltage to the CPU. I think it goes from 5 to 5.27 volt.
