Some of the bands that we recommend checking out include:

Die GRASHÜPFER- We had the pleasure to perform with this group out of the Black Forest. Super guys with lots of energy. They also have another website that is filled with information on bands in and around Germany. Volksmusik Welt
die Jungen Klostertaler- One of the top "Supergroups" in the Volksmusik scene.
d'Feldberger Spitzbub'n- The lastest addition to "Supergroup" status. They are now known as "Feldberger". We had the pleasure of seeing this band in concert while in Germany. What a Super Group! What a Super Show! What a Super Performance!
die Jungen Zillertaler- The newest and our pick to become the next Supergroup out of Tirol. This power trio combines old with new better than any group we have heard lately.
Zillertaler Schürzenjäger- One of the original "power" Volksmusik groups. They are now known as "Schürzenjäger".
Münchner Zwietracht-Very unique sound all their own. We also had the good fortune to see this group perform while in Germany. They mixed their "pop" music with good old Bavarian Stimmung which left the people standing on their benches wanting more.
die RiesenfernerOne of the more popular of the South Tirol groups, they play a good mix of Volksmusik and Alpen Rock.
Pfunds-Kerle- I liked Paul'sZupan so much, I bought it from him!
Orig. Alpenland Quintett- These guys have been around about as long as the Schürzenjäger, and still going strong.
AlpenRebellen- Best example of "Alpen Rock"
die Trenkwalder- Relatively new to us and worth checking out.
Brave Combo- Hey, it's Brave Combo, what more needs to be said?
Stratton Mountain Boys- Authentic Germanic and Bavarian show music right here in the U.S.A. These guys look and sound imported, because they are!
Sepp Diepolder und die Zugspitz Echo- Master Jodler, Zither and akkordeon player (and all around nice guy)
die Schlauberger- AlpenRock out of New York. They play both traditional and modern Alpine music. Their desire is to introduce Americans to the new music out of Germany and Austria. We hope to do some joint ventures with them in the near future.
die Lustigen Almdudler-They play both modern and traditional Volksmusik.
the Black Forest Band- Phil Spectre's "Wall of Sound" meets German Polka Music
the Continentals (w/Mike Surratt)- Once the Bad Boys* of Polka, and a "bad" influence on us..... they taught us how to have fun.
*They have since mellowed out a lot and now are a good bunch of Christian men who in their spare time wait at street corners to help old ladies cross the street........ or so they say.
