The annual Sea Cliff Mini-Mart, an arts and crafts exposition, takes place on a Sunday near the beginning of October in downtown Sea Cliff, Long Island on Sea Cliff Avenue between Carpenter and Prospect. The street fair and art festival includes more than 200 exhibitors and food purveyors. This year the Mini-Mart will be held October 4, 2009, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. There will be no rain date this year.

Participants are allowed to exhibit and sell only handmade crafts and artwork.

Only approved local not-for-profit organizations are permitted to sell food.

To participate in this year's Mini-Mart, please provide your name, business name, address, phone number and a description of your work. Send the information together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope and a check for $135.00 payable to the Sea Cliff Mini-Mart.

Past participation in the Sea Cliff Mini-Mart does not guarantee acceptance. Notification of acceptance will not be made before August 15, 2009. Inquiries will not be answered before that date. Booth space on the street is 15 feet wide by 6 feet deep. A 4 foot wide sidewalk behind each booth space is available for vendor use, so that a 15 foot wide by 10 foot deep booth or canopy can be accommodated. Booth assignments are made at the discretion of the Mini-Mart Committee.
