WOW ! What an incredible time.....I have to be honest and say it’s good to finally be home since all we did was drink and party all week and we barely slept.
I wanted to wait to post in here until I got all the pics uploaded but there’s so many of them and my hands are SOOOOOOOOOO tired from sending out all the emails about this trip. Now if you have patience to read in here....then I will post all the details about our trip although my hands are getting sooooo tired from typing out every little detail in email ! lol if you want the specific details then email me and I’ll forward them to you. Some of them are actually worth reading ! lol
But we had so much interaction with them all around the ship especially the pool that by the end of the week it was like we were all buds ! And I believe that Skylar and Keagan had more fun with us in the pool then they did with them ! bahahahahaha.....jk....but we had a blast with the kids as well ! they are adorable.
There was a time when we played one of the poolside games and Tracy said: "are you in this ?" and I said: "yep, I’m representing the blue team"...he said: "Oh then I HAVE to watch this"....and with that, I got goosebumps when I saw Tracy cheering us on.....how many of us can say that Tracy Lawrence cheered for them ? How special of a memory is that ? We came in 2nd place but knowing Tracy was rooting us on made me feel like a winner !
We got to know Jack Ingram very well also, we saw him each morning for breakfast and then on the last day at sea at the pool where we hung in the spa together. (got the pic) lol
Mark Chesnutt was only the ship for the one day, he flew in at jamaica and flew out the next day at the Caymans....BUT we had LOTS of interaction just in that one night with him and his band at the bar and I have several pics with him as well...he was so funny at the sushi bar....not sure what he was doing but he looked pretty well lit, might have been all that saki ! LOL
Joe Nichols apparently gets sea sickness bad, so we only saw him for the show when he got on at the Caymans and then he went back to his room where he got off the boat the next day in Mexico. But I got to tell Joe something I always wanted to tell him since he came out with the song "I’ll wait for you"....so I felt good about that ! .. -->emo&:)-->.. -->endemo-->
Chuck Wicks missed his flight so Jack Ingram played a 2nd show which was perfectly fine by us ! But he ragged on Tracy so much that Tracy was forced to put on one hell of a show ! It was so funny !
Tracy’s show was incredible, he sang for 2 hours and because of jacks ragging, all Tracy would sing was his 1 hits....(it’s a long story, like I said, if you want to know all details...email me)....and Tracy even had us come up there to slow dance when he did Texas Tornado and then several songs after that ! he was pretty well lit himself by the end of the show, but he was so awesome ! Probably without a doubt the BEST show I’ve ever seen Tracy put on !
But here’s the best part....(but please don’t ask me to explain any further then what I’m going to say) ...Me and Tracy had a falling out towards the end of the trip because of something someone told him I said that he believed and we even exchanged words that wasn’t so nice I suppose....
but then when my husband and friends jumped to my defense, he felt kinda bad and grabbed me and said we needed to talk....and when we did, I couldn’t stop crying because I was so upset and he did his best to comfort me but it was at that moment that I saw Tracy in a whole other light....I have NEVER been able to look him in the eyes because of how intimidated I am by him since I put him up on a pedastool, but I was so angry and then so upset that I saw him just as a person for the first time ever and I was able to look him right in the eyes the whole entire time we were talking....but we talked it out and then talked more later that night, and then right before we left again the next day (I got more hugs from him those 2 days then I’ve gotten from my husband in the last year) lol and it’s all good now with us.
But I had a few Tracy moments the last couple days that I wouldn’t trade for the world because when he said to me: "I’m just human", I said to him: "I know that now" and he said: "I’m glad you finally figured that out"....we laughed....and I honestly believe that I came on that ship as a "fan" but I left as a "friend".
I told him on the very last day before we left the ship that I thanked him for the very best week of my entire life and I meant every word of that !
