Significant Dates in Our History 1901  Erlanger Christian Church organized November 26th  with 34 charter members, Edgar DeWitt Jones, minister. Met in Town Hall on LexingtonTurnpike, Erlanger. 1904 First church edifice, Graves Avenue, Erlanger, dedicated January 4. F.M. Rains preached dedicatory sermon.  1924 Erlanger Christian Church Parsonage constructed, Graves Avenue next to church building. F.M.Stanbaugh,minister, and his family were first to live in parsonage. 1951 November 25 & 26 , Erlanger Christian celebrated 50th Anniversary. Winston C.Bell, minister. Edgar Dewitt Jones returned as guest speaker. 1956 A very successful three phase building  program planned by Kenneth A. Bowen,minister, resulted in the dedication of the first phase, a new educational plant.  1965 Dedication of the second building phase-an additional educational plant and spire, Claude R. Macdonald, minister. 1976 75th Anniversary Celebration: November 20, dedication of new sanctuary and fellowship hall (original edifice razed), Willis Jones,speaker. November 21, Service of Remembrance Sermon, Winston C.Bell. Maurice N. Johnson,minister. 1991 90th Anniversary Celebration: November 24, Dr. James M. Seale, speaker. Roy D. Martin, minister-worship leader. 2001 Centennial Year Celebration. Centennial Quilt, Batick, Weaving. 100 Acts of Kindness., 100 Gatherings, Talent Fair and Centennial Worship with Dr. Peter Morgan guest preacher. Elevator project dedicated. Charlie Martin Minister
