We've started making the place our own, but there's still lots of work to be done.

The dining room, before we painted it . . .		And the new dining room. The furniture was my grandmother's. Mary and I refinished it in Raliegh. It's hard to see the print in this picture, so here's a link to a the artist's website. In the picture, you can see out the window to the building where we met in Charleston.
This is the kitchen before it was painted.		And the after shot. More to come here - only good picture I took that day.
As they say on Cribs, this is where the magic happens. :-)		Only good shot I got . . . more to come here as well.
The old family room . . .		And the new. That sectional will go in the basement, eventually.
Original shot of the basement. Nothing new to add right now - it's mostly for storage. Eventually, the sectional will go down here, the bookcase will be replaced, and we'll put a bar up.		Here's Emma's room after Mary painted it.
