Finegan Inspection Serivces, Inc. was established in 1992 as a full service home and multi-residence inspection
agency. Prior to this Terry Finegan built custom homes and did custom remodeling in the Warren
County/Cincinnati area for over 10 years. He is a graduate of Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, and is very
conversant with all area building codes and regulations. Finegan Inspection Services, Inc. subscribes to all the
codes and thics recommended by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Terry is a fully certified
member of ASHI, and an EDI (Exterior Design Institute) certified inspector of EIFS (sysnthetic stucco).
