One of the most
common questions I get is "How does it work?" Well, here is the answer.
When you get in touch with me, we will schedule an in-home
consultation, where you will fill out a detailed questionnaire that
will tell me your likes, dislikes and allergies. This visit will give
us the chance to meet in person, and for me to look at the kitchen, to
get the "lay of the land", so to speak. Once we've discussed all the
particulars and details, I will take your finished questionnaire and
create a custom menu for you based on your answers.
Once I contact you and have received menu approval, we'll schedule a
cooking day - at least 2 weeks from the date of approval - and discuss
how I'll get inside the house or apartment. In the event that the
questionnaire has already been filled out prior to the in-home meeting,
the menu approval and cook day scheduling can happen right then!
On the cooking day,
I'll purchase your groceries and bring those, pots, pans and all
necessary equipment and utensils to your place and start working. When
I'm done, you'll have full, labeled containers in your freezer and/or
refrigerator, a spotless kitchen and the lovely lingering aroma of many
home-cooked meals. No muss, no fuss, and you won't even know I've been
there!
