Serves 6
Saute in a large pan until golden
Push veggies to side of pan and sauté chicken pieces in the same oil
Add and simmer for 15 min.
Add wine and cook a few more minutes.
Remove the chicken, and add bulgar to sauce and stir well.
Replace chicken on top of bulgur mixture, cover pan and simmer for 20 min., adding more water or wine if necessary.
