Pakistani Kima
Serves 5-6
Sauté in skillet
- 3 Tbs. butter or oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Add and brown raw meat well.
- 1 lb. ground raw ground beef
or left-over cooked chicken or lamb.
Stir in, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
- 1 Tbs. curry powder
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- dash pepper, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric
- 1 can or 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 raw potatoes, diced
- 2 c. frozen peas or green beans
Serve with rice.
