Bourbon Pecan Pie

Serves 8-12

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

• ½ c. sugar
• ½ stick butter (¼ c.)
• 3 eggs

Add nuts, flavorings and syrup.

• 1 ½ cup pecans
• ¼ cup bourbon or ½ tsp. vanilla
• a pinch of salt
• 1 cup white Karo syrup

Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
