After watching way too many espisodes of "Wings", we decided we had to visit the island. True to form, the island was fogged in when we arrived, and we had to shoot a full ILS approach. Fortunately, the weather cleared a bit for the remainder of our stay, so we were able to see this beautiful lighthouse.
We spent one day walking, one day on bicycles, and one day on a scooter. We also took a harbor cruise, and explored the quaint downtown shops. We bought some cranberry tea and found it to be delicious. (We were also going to mention the cranberry bread, but we didn't want you to get too bogged down.)
During our "scooter day" we came across this fellow, who was kind enough to let us snap his picture. We're not quite sure what kind of bird he is. If you think you know, and would like to clue us in click here, and then we'll both know.
