I'm from Boone County, Kentucky, the mother of three daughters (Andrea, Lauren & Kristen), and the grandmother of 4-year-old Isabelle. I have an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration Technology from Northern Kentucky University, and I'm just two classes away from a BA in Journalism.

Some of my other interests are reading, art, music (mostly classical, country, and vintage rock), local history, and collecting Scottish Terrier things. I also enjoy watching my teenage twin daughters participate in sports (soccer, basketball, snow skiing, swimming, and diving). My pride and joy is an 11-year-old Scottie named Laird McDuff; we call him Duffy. He's a cancer survivor.
