I've been delivering business solutions for some of the world’s largest companies for more than twenty-five years.  I joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and am currently leading development of P&G Global Business Services' next generation approach to strategic alliance management.  My specialty areas include business transformation, business model development, strategic alliances, and service commercialization.  I've been recognized globally as a thought leader on the topics of shared services, global siting, and outsourcing, and have led a number of key sourcing initiatives at Procter & Gamble.  I hold the Certified Outsourcing Professional certification.
