I've been delivering business solutions for some of the world’s largest
companies for more than twenty-five years.
I joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and currently lead the
Strategic Alliances program for P&G Global Business Services
My
specialty areas include shared services, outsourcing, alliance management,
business transformation, and service commercialization.
I've been recognized globally as a thought leader on the topics of
shared services, globalization, and outsourcing, and have led a number of
key sourcing initiatives at Procter & Gamble.
I hold the Certified Outsourcing Professional certification. Speaking Engagements I speak at
