Rucker came to St. Agatha in 1970, three years after two 9-year-old girls told the El Segundo police that the cleric molested them while he was at St. Anthony Church, police records show. Rucker retired in 1987.  In April, Mahony removed him from the ministry because of the 1967 allegations and forced him to move out of the Pacific Palisades rectory, saying Rucker had run afoul of the archdiocese's new zero tolerance policy for priests who molest minors.

Daily did allow Gotti's burial in the Catholic cemetery, where a who's who of 20th century Mafiosi are buried. Some, like Carlo Gambino and Joseph Profaci, died of natural causes. Others, like Carmine Galante and Joe Colombo, were shot to death. The infamous mobster Charles ''Lucky'' Luciano also is buried there.

(Note: The Roman Catholic church has excommunicated and killed many Christians, but they never even excommunicate their mobsters. For example, the pope ordered the bones of Wycliffe to be dug up and scattered. Wycliffe was the first person to translate a full bible into the English language.  Not a little hypocritical or evil.  God will destroy this church.)
