Little Tree A snapshot quilt is a small piece of art, informally composed, like a snapshot photo.  Most of them are 4"x6", some are slightly larger.  The small format is comfortable and not overpowering, making these quilts a good choice for a smaller house or room, in an odd shaped space, or as a counterpoint to a larger artistic or architectural focal point.  In order to ease the display of these pieces, they are generally stitched to archival matboard and framed to a standard 10x13".
