Idle Hands is comprised of a bunch of people who just love to make things. And since our houses are full of our creations, we're hoping you might either find some joy in showcasing them in your home, or passing them on to your loved ones.

Our hands are young and old, and work in various professions. What we all have in common is our passion for creating - whether a small candle or enormous piece of furniture - it makes life more interesting.

We at Idle Hands respect your privacy. We do not share any information you give us with any third parties. Your e-mail address will only be used to contact you regarding your order processing and notification of shipment.

All payments are processed through PayPal.com. The information provided to PayPal to process your payment (such as your bank account or credit card number) is never shared with us. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in the same condition it was received along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, within 14 days, for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Please contact us at idlehands@fuse.net for a return authorization prior to shipping any return. Idle Hands recommends that all returns be shipped UPS and insured for the value of the items being returned.

NOTE: If a package is damaged when received, please inspect the contents before accepting delivery. No refunds will be given on items damaged after delivery.


Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipping within Ohio.

Shipping Policy
All of our items are handcrafted and most are created when your order is received. We strive to complete and ship your order within 5-10 business days. If your order will take longer to process, we will notify you of the expected shipping date. Occasionally, items may be in stock (indicated in item details) and will ship within 1 business day.

Idle Hands currently ships to the 48 contiguous states within the U.S. only. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The shipping method used is based on the package size and weight. A signature is required on all shipments as proof of delivery.
