Richard Bazley is a great guy and was the Lead Animator
for The Iron Giant. He has done interviews for Animation Artist HERE

He has some great insights into the state of animation, how he first got
into it and how he pushed for the Iron Giant to be made for years.
Tony Fucile was the Head of Animation and worked on several
