Pixar's site has nice features, info and job listings.  They are at the peak of their craft!
Aardman Animations is part of the wonderful team responsible for Wallace and Gromit, and the upcoming Chicken Run and a big influence on The Iron Giant!
Van Eaton Gallery has a large collection of cel art for sale, it that sort of thing is your bag.  Maybe some Iron Giant art will start showing up?  Hopefully around the same time my winning lottery ticket shows up...

The Sci-Fi channel has a good discussion board about all things animated.
