Derrick Company, Inc. has provided the Ohio River Valley quality heat treat ,blast, and painting services for the last 100 years.  Our unique plant facilities have allowed us to process work pieces over 100 feet in length, 13 feet wide and high, and up to 110,000 pounds in weight.

We regularly perform heat treatments such as stress relieving, normalizing, and annealing on carbon and alloy steel fabrications, forgings, and castings at temperatures of up to 2150F.

We can provide grit blasting from SP-5 Brush Blast to SP-9 White Metal Blast using a wide range of media from grit to aluminum oxide.

Our large paint facilities allow us to apply multiple coat systems to oversized pieces in a climate controlled atmosphere.
