Juggling Act

How many times have we all referred to our lives as juggling acts?

Here's a little to trick to try when something's bothering you.

1) Get a tennis ball.

2) Position your hands comfortably at your sides at about waist level.

3) Gently toss the ball back-and-forth between your hands.

4) Continue juggling the ball as you:

If you drop the ball, pick it up and continue. You'll be surprised how quickly you can learn to toss the ball back and forth with your eyes closed.

Now think of what's been bothering you. As you continue to think about it, begin the juggling exercise. Continue juggling with eyes closed, thinking about the problem, for a minute or two.

What changes do you notice? E-me.
