Tuesday's event was the most disappointing derby in the history of the Highland County Fair. 
only 21 cars, down from 11 heats of full-size AND mini Cars, as well as pick-up trucks just a few short years ago.  Mostly weak hits and sandbagging.  TERRIBLE!
