STANDINGS: EVENT:  Jim 2, Gary 0 FIRST DERBY OF THE SEASON
This Charity Event was held in honor of the late Buddy Cook; long-time derby participant and fixture at The Hamilton County Fairgrounds.  Tragically, Buddy lost his life
in an accident while officiating a derby at the Moler Raceway during the summer of 2008.  It's unfortunate more cars and fans didn't turn out to support this special event.
As is typically the case here, the derby was POORLY advertised, thus hardly anyone knew about it except those that happened upon the sign outside the Fairgrounds.
