Bluegrass
Chapter 214 was formed and chartered in the fall of 2004 in the
hopes
to have
a active and successful QCWA Chapter within the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. Matt Tinker AA4XA is given credit for spearheading
the effort and getting all the necessary documents completed
and filed with QCWA Headquarters. The group started with 5
members and has grown to around 15 in just a short
time. Bluegrass Chapter 214 does not just serve Kentucky but
is excited to have members from Ohio and West Virginia as
well. The
official charter date for the Bluegrass Chapter is December 22,
2004. If you would
