Kittens lovingly raised & socialized underfoot in our home

About Us

We are a very small cattery dedicated to raising ragdoll kittens underfoot in our home with lots of love.  Normally, our kittens are born in the spring and fall.  But occasionally we do have kittens available at other times of the year.

I am a married stay home mother of three wonderful, loving  children - Katelyn, Rebecca & Matthew.  My children ages, 13, 10 and 5, play a very important role in socializing our kittens for their new homes. All our kittens come from Supreme Grand Champion lines.  We breed firstly for health and temperament with our focus on the ragdoll standard with size.  Our main objective is to provide healthy, loving, large, floppy babies to families to love and cherish for a lifetime.  Our kittens are born in our bedroom and adored everyday from birth.  To ensure a well socialized baby, they are underfoot from day one until they leave us at around 12 weeks of age.  Our adult cats (or parents of any kittens that we have kept back) have all been tested negative for FELV & FIV.  Also we feel that it is our responsibility to heart scan our adults at least every 2 years by a certified Cardiologist.  The well-being of our cats and kittens is very important, therefore, we are a closed cattery and do not provide stud service.

Reserving a Pet Quality Kitten

Please tell us about yourself, your family and your current pets.  It's important for us to know that our babies will be going to loving homes.  Also please let us know if you have a preference of color (blue or seal) and pattern (colorpoint, mitted or bicolor).  We can also have lynx (striping through the point color) kittens!

We are a small cattery with only a few litters a year and so most of our kittens are reserved before they are even born sight unseen. To reserve next available pet quality kitten we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.  We first notify those that have sent deposits as soon as we have available kittens. After the assessment period (usually 9 weeks), we offer first to those waiting for show/breeders, second to those waiting for show alters and third, to those waiting for pet quality and in that order. Kittens will be priced accordingly.  We go by the postmark date on the envelope to determine who will have next pick. Deposits are credited towards the balance when full payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason.

Visiting Us & Taking Kitten Home

All visits are by appointment and only after your kitten has had his/her first vaccinations.  Altering is done prior to kittens leaving and may affect the time for a visit and date of pickup.  Upon request, an update with pictures on your kitten will be sent via email. The nursery page will be updated with pictures every week or two once the kittens are weaned.

We expect kittens to go home when they are ready usually between 11 to 14 weeks of age.  If this isn't possible then we need to know two weeks ahead of time.  If you plan to go on vacation anytime during the first month the kitten is to come home, it's best to wait for another kitten or litter when the timing is better so you can spend more time with the new kitten and get them accustomed to their new environment. We cannot hold kittens because they will need scheduled routine checkups and shots which should continue to be done by the new owners after they leave here. Scheduled pickup is usually on a Saturday but we are flexible whenever possible.  Cash only is accepted on day of pickup.  Or for your convenience, two weeks in advance we will accept a check or money order.

Sorry to say that we are not able to open our doors for everyone that would like to see and hold a ragdoll. Although I am sure this would be much appreciated, however, if this were the case, than there would be little time left for my two legged family.

Pet Quality:  Kittens are priced individually and includes the cost of spay or neuter.  Pet quality means that they may have a mismark or other flaw that would penalize or disqualify them in the show ring.  Most of our kittens leave here as pets even if they are show and no show homes are waiting.  A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve next available pet quality kitten.

Show Quality Alter:  Kittens are priced individually and includes the cost of spay or neuter.  Show quality means that they will also have show rights and be as close to the Ragdoll Standard as possible with near or perfect markings and no disqualifying faults.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve the next available show quality alter kitten.

If you decide on a show alter and need assistance, I do help out and encourage showing my kittens.  Showing for me is fun and exciting.  I have found it to be a quick way to make new friends in the cat fancy that have similar interests.  Visit TICA and CFA for cat show information.

Breed & Show:  Kittens are priced individually.  On occasion we provide kittens with breeding rights to registered catteries (TICA, CFA) within the USA and Canada. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a kitten with breeding rights.

Retired Adults:  $150 ~ $350.  We will not ship our retired adults, therefore, they must be picked up in person.  They will be up to date on shots and spayed or neutered before leaving us.  Please see our Adoption page and/or contact us to be placed on our wait list.  A non-refundable deposit of $150 will be accepted to hold an adult until he/she is altered and ready to go home.  Once adults are altered for their new home, deposits are not transferable to another adult or kitten.

Note:  There is a $35 fee for bounced checks.

We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason and at any time.

We use Feline Pine mostly for our kittens under 12 weeks. Sometimes we use World's Best or Swheat Scoop with some litters which is also safe for younger kittens.  Once the kittens are 12 weeks, they are able to use the large, high sided covered litter boxes (with cover off). We currently are feeding our kittens Iams Kitten (this can also change from litter to litter so please ask before buying). Their favorite toys are furry mice and teaser wands. When purchasing a carrier, purchase an intermediate size big enough for the kitten as an adult. Other items that the kittens love are the large condos/climbers with many perches. They can be pricey, but well worth it.  All items can be purchased at PetsMart. Once the kitten goes home, he or she should be seen by your vet within 72 hours from time of pickup at your expense. An additional 3 way killed vaccination may be due at that time.  And once they reach 6 months of age, they will need a rabies vaccine (if required by law) by itself and not in combination with any other vaccine. A yearly 3 way booster is needed at one year from the date of the last kitten vaccination.

All visits are by appointment only.
