    Brief Track History
    Track:  Active (Streets), No Racing - 7.9 Mile road course in the Rossmoyne area.
    Track Location: The temporary street course used parts of Montgomery Road, Planfield Road, Blue Ash Road and Cooper Roads and was layed out in what is now the I-71 and Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway (Exit 14) area.
    Brief History: As part of the "Fernbank Dam Celebration", which was held September 4th -9th, 1911 to celebrate the opening of the Fernbank Dam, the Fernbank Dam Association promoted a AAA sanctioned Championship Race on a temporary street course in the Rossmoyne area just north of Cincinnati. The six day event which opened with a reception and meeting at Music Hall, also held a Steamboat parade on the Ohio River, Band competitions, Fireworks, a decorated pleasure boat parade, aquatic races (Motorboat, rowing & Swimming) on the Ohio River, Aviation Exhibitions and Automobile Racing. In the event program (you can view it HERE), there are 3 races listed:
    First Race: Under 600 cubic inches, 250 miles for Cincinnati Trophy valued at $2000, $1200 in Gold to 3 winning drivers.
    Second Race: 301- 450 cubic inches, 180 miles for Cincinnati Auto Club Trophy valued at $1800, $500 to 3 winning drivers.
    Third Race: Under 300 cubic inches, 150 miles for Hamilton County Trophy valued at $1600, $325 to 3 winning drivers.
