| Track: Defunct - 3/8 mile dirt oval, operated for 4 or 5 years in the mid 1950's |
| Track Location: On the east side of Route 68 north of Mt. Orab, Ohio, and just south of Greenbrush, Ohio. |
| Brief History: The
Mt. Orab Speedway was built, operated and promoted by Victor "Ike" and
Rosement Moler. Drivers to race at the Mt. Orab Speedway included Joe
Ruttman, Karl Kiser, Wayne Woodmansie, Ray Chaike, Ralph Latham, Floyd
Gilbert & Shadow Kennedy. The long road leading from S.R. 68 back
towards the track was later used as an airstrip. |
