CODA

The Commission on Ohio Dental Assistants Certification is the testing body that administers the examinations required to be a certified dental assistant in Ohio.

OHIO CERTIFICATION

All dental assistants should be certified. To be certified in Ohio, one must take the examination offered by the Commission on Ohio Dental Assistants Certification (CODA). Exams are typically offered during the months of May and October. Here is the form and information you need to apply to take the exam.


CODA RE-CERTIFICATION

Certified dental assistants must meet continuing education requirements in order to be re-certified every year. This is the form to record your CEU's and application to renew your certification.
