An amazing turn of the century 1900, silk velvet spread, found in mint condition in a cedar chest. Tons of lush fringe in this beautiful silk velvet surrounds this spread. I bought this at an estate auction, this was pulled from an Italian estate. The lady had brought these from Italy when she came to America to get married. They were stored in various cedar chest and this particular one was never used. Its heavy, bright colors of a lady and man in love and various side paintings/scenes on the spread. Its a beautiful color in beautiful condition. There were so many of these wonderful pieces at this auction. The cedar chest kept it is such mint condition, which is where I keep it stored now. Nothing has ever faded it or no one has ever used it. price $450
