An important part of any school system is the ability to keep everything running efficiently and on time. This takes the work of many devoted staff members as well as sound fiscal practices and policies. As a Norwood School Board member, I would work to develop and enforce policies that reward employees who approach their work in the schools as more than just a job. I would also monitor how money and assets of the school district are used with an eye to being sure that Norwood children and families are getting the most possible benefit out of what the community has to offer them.
