It is Easy to Start!

 

You can start saving money and reducing years off your mortgage by following these easy steps.

 

1.  Fill-out the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Form.

 

2.  On this form you will provide us with your name, mailing address and telephone number.  You will also provide us with banking information, mortgage information, and start date.  Use the Help link on the form for further assistance with providing this information.

 

3.  Next, hit the print button and add your signature to the form.  This completed form with your signature will give us the authorization to electronically withdraw biweekly from your checking account to service your bi-weekly mortgage program.

 

4.  Lastly, mail or fax the form to our office.  (We are working on an online submission of this form but for the short-term use mail or fax.)

 

This is all it takes to begin to save tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments and reduce the number of years you pay on the mortgage loan by 7 to 10 years!
