Do I have to Fill Out an Application and Refinance my Loan?

No.  This program works with your current mortgage.  After LZL receives the Authorization Form, we withdraw bi-weekly from your checking account half of your monthly payment and we pay your mortgage bill for you.  Because you are making twenty-six half payments LZL is able to apply one additional mortgage payment to the principal of your loan.  By making this extra payment each year you are able to save tens of thousands of dollars and reduce the number of years you pay on your mortgage by 7 to 10 years.

Can I do this on my own?

Yes.  You can send additional payments to your mortgage company at any time.  The problem is very few people have the self-discipline to administer a program for themselves.  In fact, 97% of American homeowners do not pre-pay their mortgage.  This means only 3% of Americans do pre-pay but only a small percentage of these individuals do so on a regular basis.  By using this program you can be assured your mortgage will be paid off with optimal result in a safe and professional manner.

Is their and enrollment fee?

No.  Most biweekly mortgage providers charge a setup and enrollment fee ranging from $195.00 to $395.00.  This is because many biweekly mortgage providers use brokers to market their product charging the setup fee and enrollment fee to produce their profits.  LZL does not use a broker to market this program and charges no enrollment and setup fee.  The bottom line is LZL is a low cost provider of this program.  The only out of pocket expense is the service fee charge of $2.50.  This fee is administered with each biweekly electronic transaction from your checking account.  This fee compared to other biweekly providers is also low cost considering other companies charge as much as $4.00 per electronic payment.

Can I find out how much money I can save on my mortgage?  How many years can I reduce from my mortgage?

Yes.  LZL Equity Programs, Co. can help you with this in one of two ways.  The first is by providing the following information in the form of an email or a phone call:  1) Current balance of your mortgage, 2) Number of years remaining on your loan, 3) Amount of your monthly payment, 4) Option you would like to consider (i.e. $50 extra payment per month) and 5) Current interest rate or if by mail or fill out the Mortgage Comparison Form and fax or mail it to our office.   We will then provide you with a “Mortgage Payoff Comparison of Monthly Payments to Biweekly Payment” for your current mortgage.  Our office takes about 2 to 3 business days to process the form and mail the results of the analysis to you.

The second way is to use the calculator provided in this web site.  It will provide estimated saving in interest and payoff period when paying your mortgage biweekly.  It also estimates the years reduced on a full term loan of 30 years.
