Are you happy to be called a tranny and what does this name mean to you? I am not happy being called names, although I think its a fabulous name for the 'Guide'
How old are you and how young can you remember thinking about or actually cross-dressing? I am 46 and I can remember the sensuality of dressing as early as 8 yrs old. Its been off and on since.
Where do you buy clothes? I make 90% of the things I wear. The other 10% comes from thrift stores or end of season sales at department stores. NEVER pay retail!
What leads you to choose the styles you wear? Exposure (pun intended). Multiple interests in fashion from trashy to fetish to haute couture. The more you know the more you have to choose from.
Do you have one look or many images? (if many - tell us what styles you play with) Many: Day casual to evening chic. ALWAYS elegant. I also adore the sensual fabrics associated with fetish wear, particularly 'rubber'.
Is make-up and hair important to you and if so how do you achieve your look? Makeup and hair are key to achieving my image. I start with a great foundation (MAC).
To what degree do you practise hair removal, and other body feminisation? Total body hair removal.
Who knows that you dress? (include how did they find out) My wife (told her Halloween 2001), several hundred new friends met at SCC (Southern Comfort Conference) 01 &02 and several thousand folks that belong to my yahoo groups (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/emmamsfetishtgirls/), thats about it. No one locally.
How often do you dress and if you go out where to? Dressed nearly every day or as often as possible. I rarely go out as there is nothing in my area. On occasion I go to a local support group's monthly social.
How much of a sexual turn on is trannying for you? It used to be 100% sexual turn on. That has mostly dissipated. Sensuality however, remains a constant.
What is your definition of feminine? The definition in my dictionary was horrid. The word 'alluring' pretty well sums it up.
To what degree do you feel gender dysphoric (i.e that your brain in feminine)? I seem to be able to turn the switch rather easily.
To what degree would you consider permanent hair removal, hormones, surgery? I would LOVE permanent hair removal! Hormones, surgery are not current options.
What one piece of advice would you give to someone that has just found they are not the only tranny in the world? The internet has save my life. Get on it! Meet and talk to people. Its a world full of many lovely folks.
