Alexander TIES was born on 4 May 1965. He escorted his American guests high into the Fanes Natural Park near St. Vigil in Jul 2004. They enjoyed lunch at the Fanes Hutte/Rifugio high in the Dolomites. A major World War I battle was engaged here in 1917-8, and many artifacts and photos of that conflict were displayed there.
