330. Lesley Krista BARNHORN McAllister was born on May 5, 1970. In 1987, she graduated from Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her B.S. in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University in 1991; Univ. of California at Berkeley, MA, 1997, PhD Energy and Resources 2004, Stanford University Law School, JD, 2000. Lesley served in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, 1993-95. She resides in San Diego, CA. She is an assistant professor of law at The University of San Diego.

Joseph Andrew MCALLISTER was born on October 10, 1965 in Nashville, TN. In 1987, he graduated from Dartmouth, B.A. Engineering Sciences and Art History. He received his M.S. Energy and Resources from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992. Andrew served in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, 1988-90.
