She received her B.S. in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University in 1991; Univ. of California at Berkeley, MA, 1997, PhD Energy and Resources 2004, Stanford University Law School, JD, 2000. Lesley served in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, 1993-95. She resides in San Diego, CA. She is an assistant professor of law at The University of San Diego.
