Pamela Jean LUNSFORD Blankenship (daughter of Eugene Douglas LUNSFORD and Anna Mae NEWSOME Lunsford) was born on 4 Sep 1977 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. She was baptized on 10 Jul 1983.
