343. Matthew Edward BLANKENSHIP was born on May 10, 1973 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio at Christ Hospital. He was baptized in June 1973 in Alexandria, Kentucky, at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. In 1991, he graduated from Newport Catholic High School in Newport, Kentucky. In 1996 he received a degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Matthew Edward BLANKENSHIP and Pamela Jean LUNSFORD Blankenship were married on December 18, 1999 in St. Joseph, Campbell County, Kentucky.

Pamela Jean LUNSFORD Blankenship (daughter of Eugene Douglas LUNSFORD and Anna Mae NEWSOME Lunsford) was born on September 4, 1977 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. She was baptized on July 10, 1983. In 1995, she graduated from Milford Christian Academy in Milford, Ohio. In 2000 she received a degree in Fashion Design (BS in Design) from the University of Cincinnati.
