THIS INDENTURE made this twenty fifth day of August in the year of or Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between HENRY OXLEY JUNR. of County of Loudoun and JOHANNA his Wife of one part and EVERITT OXLEY of the other County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that said HENRY OXLEY and JOHANNA his Wife in consideration of Five Shillings current money of Virginia in then in hand paid by these presents doth bargain and sell unto EVERITT OXLEY all that tract of land in Loudoun County and bounded beginning at several small saplins corner to JOHN OXLEY and in a line of said EVERITT OXLEY's land extendeing thence with his said line So. 60 d Et. One hundred and thirty five poles to a Locust stake in a poison field said Everrits cornor then with another of his lines so 30 d Et. one hundred and twenty poles to the first station containing one hundred acres more or less, said land conveyed to HENRY OXLEY by his father HENRY OXLEY, by Deeds dated the Twelth and Thirteenth days of December A Dom 1762 recorded in Loudoun County Court. And all houses, Orchards and appurtenances whatsoever beloning To have and to Hold the lands hereby conveyed for full term of one whole year paying therefore the rent of one Pepper Corn on Lady Day next to intent that by virtue of these presents and statute for transferiing uses into possession said EVERRITT OXLEY may be in actual possession and be thereby enabled to accept a Release of Inheritance thereof in Witness whereof said Henry Oxley and JOHANNA his Wife hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
