1.) DOD for Louiza Beedle, given by photocopy of family deathregister differs greatly from personal notes written by Elvira BeedleCochran (see source #1 in following Death Documentation Sources).According to Elvira B. Cochran, DOD is simply 1859. The photocopyreads 5 September 1839, as best as I can read (the year is somewhatdifficult to read).
(It occurs to me that, should E.B. Cochran have at some pointconsulted this death register, she may too have had difficultyascertaining the exact year.)
In the photocopy, however, under the DOD, is written "Aged oneyear twenty three days." As a result, I am going to go with this date(5 Sept. 1839), although I do not necessarily consider this to bedefinitive. It would be best to consult a headstone or countyrecords.
