1.) James I. Benham "owns 124 acres of land in the home farm [in
Union township] and 56 acres in Turtle Creek township. The home place
is well improved, and shows the thrift and enterprise of its owner.
Since 1852, he has been interested in Texas lands, having bought at
that time 1000 acres of timbered land, and he is now engaged in
working the timber into lumber. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge
of Lebanon, Council, Chapter, and Commandery" (History of Warren

3.) According to Max's death certificate, in 1922, the #703-705section of Baldridge Ave. was in the 2nd Ward, altho ward of whichcity is not indicated. (I'd assume North Braddock.)

1.) I base my assumption that Archelaus D. Smith was the father of
Clara L. due to the fact that Alvin Harvey, his wife Clara L., Leora
B. Smith, and Archelaus D. Smith are all buried together in a small
family plot in the Lebanon Cemetery. Only these 4 are buried in the
plot. This relation needs to be verified.
