4/9/98 George Weber caught a 42" muskie casting a Mepps muskie
killer. This was the first muskie for George and it was caught just
below the lake dam. photo
6/10/98 James Krajcik was trolling a fire tiger Super Shad
and caught a 34.5" muskie.
6/20/98 James Krajcik caught a 38" muskie trolling a red/white
Bagley Monster Shad.
7/13/98 James Krajcik was trolling a gold foil Bagley Monster
Shad when a 37" muskie nailed it.
6/5/99 Wendy Johnson caught her first muskie. She was trolling
a green with tiger strip Hot N Tot when the 34" muskie hit her plug.
Her rod and reel only had 10 lb. test line and no leader.
6/15/99 Greg Them was casting a weed bed south of Cheshire road
when the muskie hit. The 41" muskie hit a silver Rapala Super Shad
9/26/99 Jeff Knepp was trolling a blue / chrome Bagley when he caught
a 42.5"muskie. This was his first muskie and he released it after
taking some photos.
4/2/98 Lee Powell caught a 35" muskie casting a shad color
Reef Hog. Lee hooked his fish while fishing a Central Ohio Muskie
Inc. Tournament about 11:15 on that rainy Saturday mourning.
5/3/98 Diana caught a 43" muskie trolling a Bagley
Monster Shad. She took 1st. place in the Central Ohio Muskie Inc.
Open Challenge that was held May 2&3. There were over 80 entrees
with more than 30 muskie caught in the two days.
Suture caught two Muskies a 36.5" & 33.5" incher. The
33.5 was taken casting a black/orange/gold 6" Suick The 36.5 was
taken casting a gold Hammer jerkbait.
5/9/98 Greg Them caught a 36" muskie trolling a Rapala J13
gold and orange plug. He hook this fish after only being on the water
about five minutes.
5/16/98 Mark Kraus caught a 34" & 34.5" Muskie trolling
a gold foil & natural shad Bagley monster shad.

5/17/98 Bob Fangman caught a 34" and 35.5" muskie trolling a Cobb
Bait and a small Bagley silver shad.
Note: Rocky Fork Muskie Hunters held their Spring Outing May
16 & 17 and had 59 entrees fish the tournament. In the two days,
they had 43 Muskies caught! Unbelievable!
Diana caught a 37" muskie trolling a Bagley Monster Shad
5/20/98 Ben Clever caught a 40.5" muskie casting a white Grim
Reaper Spinner bait. He hooked the fish off a point in a weeded.
6/27/98 Jason Geyer was trolling a Tennessee Shad Monster
Shad when a 42" muskie slammed his lure!
11/1/98 Mark Kraus caught a 34.5" fish trolling a Hot-N-Tot.
Diana caught a nice 37.5" muskie speed trolling a Hooker bait in
the prop wash.
12/6/98 Greg Them caught a 32" muskie on a top water bait.
He was casting a silver/green/red Sara Spook.
4/5/99 Gary Hammond caught a nice 41" muskie while trolling a firetiger
4/24/99 Tim Congleton was trolling a natural Bagley Monster Shad
when he caught his first muskie. The muskie measured 45.5".
Nice first time fish!
5/16/99 Mark Kraus landed and released a 37.5" muskie. He was trolling
a Bagley Monster Shad when the fish hit.
6/7/99 Justin Ault was fishing below the spillway around AM.
He was casting a fire tiger Rapala spoon when he hooked a Monster that

Mark Kraus caught a 32", 33.5" and 36" muskie. He was

8/7/99 Mark Kraus caught a 41" muskie trolling a gold Cisco.
8/21/99 Mark Kraus was casting a Husky Jr. Dardevil spoon when he
caught a 36" muskie.
10/2/99 Ed was casting a jurk bait near some weed when he caught
a 42" muskie.
10/7/99 Matt was casting a spinner bait near a log when he hooked
a 46" Muskie.
10/8/99 Matt was casting a 10" Jake Bait when he hooked a 35'' muskie
at boat side.
11/27/99 Mark Kraus caught a late season monster while trolling
a white Believer. This muskie broke off the third hook and almost
pulled out the split ring of the second hook. The fish was measured
at 47" and released.
12/4/99 Jason was trolling a gold A.C. Shiner when he hooked a nice
4/15/98 Randy was casting a white Rooster Tail for white bass when
a 39.5" muskie hit his spinner bait. That had to be a thrill landing
a muskie with a 1/8 oz. spinner bait.
7/19/97 Last year in July, Curtis Smith caught a 46" muskie trolling
a white and brown Ol Wood Plug.
7/7/99 Paul Ffrustero was trolling a fire tiger Bagley when he caught
a 38" Muskie
5/16/98 Matt R. caught his fist muskie at Leesville
casting a weighted, yellow, orange and gray top Suick. His 36" muskie
wasn't only his first fish, but it was his first time muskie fishing.
6/10/98 Curt Russell was casting a blue and white Sisson Shad
when he caught a 39" muskie. This fish was one of three he landed
7/17/98 Ron Shanklin was trolling a chartreuse Bagley
Monster Shad when he caught a nice 41" Muskie. The fish was released
after snapping a photo.
9/28/98 Bud Wilson caught a 33" fish while trolling a firetiger
10/13/98 Bud Wilson was casting a clown Pikie and caught a 36" muskie.
11/14/98 Bud Wilson was out casting the ol' clown Pikie again and
a 32" muskie nailed it.
11/25/98 Bud Wilson, while trolling a shad color Bagley Monster
Shad hooked a 44" muskie. The fish was weighed 32 lb. 5 oz
12/19/98 Predator (???) was trolling a cisco Ernie bait when
a 44" muskie nailed his bait. The water temperature was 40 degrees
6/13/99 Chad was casting a Tenn. shad Sisson and caught two nice
fish. He caught a 36.5" and 35" Muskies both on the same day.
6/15/99 Frank Fisher caught a 34" Muskie. He was trolling
a Chartreues Tiger Li'l Ernie bait in about 18' of water when the fish
6/28/99 Ron Shanklin was trolling a brown/yellow Big Fork Lure when
he caught his big muskie. The fish was 48" and was released after
a photo was taken.
6/30/99 Ralph Kiko was trolling a black & white HOT-N-TOT when
he caught a nice 39" muskie.
7/1/99 Donald Tharp was casting a silver Bagley Monster Shad when
he caught a 42" muskie.
7/15/99 Ron Shanklin was trolling a firetiger Bagley when he hooked
a nice 40" muskie. He was fishing at night when the fish was caught.
7/17/99 Chad was trolling a shad color Sisson lure when he hooked
a 38" muskie.
8/28/99 Steven Broucker was casting a blue Bagley DBO8 when
he caught his first muskie. The fish was measured at 38.25" and released.
Pleasant Hill Reservoir
4/5/98 Matt caught a 49.5" muskie trolling a Bagley
6/17/98 Alan Downs caught a 46.5" muskie trolling at Piedmont
Lake. He didn't say what plug he was using.
6/25/99 Troy Noice caught a nice 42" muskie while trolling
a orange Bagley Monster Shad.
6/25/99 Danny caught a 41.5" muskie mid afternoon while trolling
a natural Bagley Monster Shad.
6/25/99 Mark Kraus caught a 31.5" muskie at 10:30pm. He was
trolling a red-white Bagley Monster Shad.
7/27/99 Ron Noga was trolling a perch Believer when he caught a
10/3/99 Thomas Harbison was trolling a 10" silver Jake mid-morning
when the muskie hit. The 46" fish was released in good condition
to fight again!
7/3/99 Everett Myers was trolling a chartrues Thunderstick when
he caught a 38" muskie. This is his first muskie and I think he is
8/1/99 Tim Hawkins was casting a black & white Crane Bait when
he hooked a 36" muskie.
Salt Fork Lake
2/22/00 Matt was casting a red & white Spoon when caught a early
season 48" Muskie.
7/14/99 Dennis Milner was trolling a blue/crome Monster Shad when
he hook his first muskie. The fish was 44 inches. He caught
a 36" fish two days later.
7/16/99 Ron was trolling a perch Believer when he hook a 36" Muskie.
West Branch Reservoir
7/5/98 Dave Burkitt caught a 33.5" muskie casting a perch Creek
5/17/98 Mike Cline caught a 36" muskie trolling a firetiger
5/25/98 Ray Elkins caught a nice 45 incher trolling
a firetiger Bagley. He released the muskie back in good shape.
6/01/98 Don Trocchio caught a 36" Muskie trolling a red &
white Hot-N-Tot. Don was lucky to land this fish because he was using
9 lb. test line without a leader.
7/25/98 Matt Nolan was casting a firetiger Buchertail when
he hooked a 35" Muskie.
8/01/98 John Kolt while casting a spinner rubber worm combination
caught a 37" Muskie.
8/02/98 Jeff Kolt was trolling a red & black Mepps Bucktail
when he thought he hit a snag. But after seeing a big swirl behind
the boat he was in for the fight of his life. After playing his fish
for more than 15 minutes he finely was able to land the monster 49" Muskie.
Jeff said he wasn't using muskie tackle, but a light action rod and reel.
5/2/99 Matt Kircher was casting a 6" hot tiger Ernie bait by the
marina bay, when the Monster Muskie hit! Her measurements were taken
before she was released. ( 53" length & 26.5" girth) WOW!!
5/21/99 Paul Ffrustero was trolling a fire tiger Bagley when he
caught a 32" Muskie.
