Recording your own CD's:

If you use 80 minute CD-R's rather than the usual 74 minute ones, it will take 7 discs to record the entire hymnal, if you use the 74 minute CD-R's, it will take 8 discs.  Be alerted to the fact that midi files and wav files are very different in the amount of hard drive space they take up.  The entire hymnal is approximately 2.5 Megabytes (MB) in MIDI format while it increases dramatically to 5.5 Gigabytes (GB) in the WAV format.  If your hard drive doesn't have enough room on it to hold the entire hymnal in WAV format, you can record the music one disc at a time:  first convert only the files for that disc, record the disc, after recording that disc delete the files you just recorded, and then repeat the process for the next disc.
