Warming up for takeoff
Careflight actually performed a takeoff roll, and changed takeoff direction. I suspect the winds had changed direction.
Lift off
The vehicle slide path. It is beleived the vehicle was on its top at this point. The vehicle left the road way a suprising distance from the point it stopped.

Another view of the truck. The patient flown was believed to be the passenger. The driver walked away. I believe he was charged with DUI.
The patient that was flown was trapped from the waist down under the front end near the right front tire. The vehicle had to be lifted off the patient with airbags. Among other injuries, tread imprints were found in his calf.
